Realism is expressed in the texturing of woody bark and delicate blooms are alive with amethyst and tanzanite crystal. Leaves have enameled cells and veins of tiny crystal. Hidden bail allows for wear as a pendant. The morning glory is a metaphor for all that is lovely, yet ephemeral. Each flower unfurls its velvety purple at daybreak and is but a memory by noon.
