For extra heat therapy for sore, aching feet, just microwave the insole and replace it inside the Velcro closure. Durable rubber sole. Just remove the insole to cold-water wash; air dry.

Microwave instructions: For use with carousel microwave only. DO NOT MICROWAVE ENTIRE SLIPPER. Microwave insert 30 seconds, do not exceed 1 minute.
