How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge shipping based on the dollar amount that is spent. The amount that you pay for shipping covers the shipping charges and packaging to ensure that your item(s) get to you safely.
$0 to $25.00 is $7.95
$25.01 to $50.00 is $10.95
$50.01 to $75.00 is $13.95
$75.01 to $100.00 is $16.95
$100.01 to $150.00 is $18.95
$150.01 to $250.00 is $23.95
$250.01 to $350.00 is $28.95

How long does shipping take?
Shipping generally takes 1-6 business days in the United States depending on where your order is being shipped to. We are located in Santa Rosa, California and ship UPS Ground. Therefore the farther away your package is being shipped to, the longer it will take to reach you. Please be sure to order enough in advance for gift orders being sent for special occasions and holidays in order to ensure that your order reaches you/the recipient in time. Please be advised, UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, please provide a street address.

I need my item sooner than 1-6 business days. Can you ship it to me sooner?
In order to get your item sooner, please contact us by phone or e-mail. Additional shipping charges may apply. Any order not going UPS Ground is not eligible for free shipping.

Do you ship to my country?
We currently are only shipping to the 48 continental US States. If you do need something shipped to somewhere other than the continental United States, please contact us by phone or e-mail before placing an order online. Additional shipping charges may apply. Orders being shipped outside the continental United States are not eligible for free shipping.
