What is your return policy?
Defective merchandise will be accepted at anytime. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return it to The Classic Duck as soon as possible. Most items have been checked for quality before shipping to our customers. When the item requires assembling, we have not been able to completely check item. Holiday items returned to us must be received at least 72 hours before the holiday. How do I return an item?

Your credit card will be credited the day we receive the returned item for the price of the item returned minus the shipping charges. There are no refunds on shipping charges.
