What is your return policy? Defective merchandise will be accepted at anytime. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return it to The Classic Duck as soon as possible. Most items have been checked for quality before shipping to our customers. When the item requires assembling, we have not been able to completely check item. Holiday items must be returned within 72 hours of the holiday. We will not accept returns on holiday items after the applicable holiday unless the item is found to be damaged or defective. Sale and clearance items return is subject to approval by the management.
How do I return an item? Your credit card will be credited the day we receive the returned item for the price of the item returned minus the shipping charges. There are no refunds on shipping charges. Defective items will be thoroughly inspected once we receive them back and may or may not be eligible for a full refund including shipping per the store owner's discretion. My item was damaged when I received it. What do I do? Contact us either by phone or e-mail to let us know that your item was broken. We will contact UPS to file a claim. Most of the time UPS will have you hold on to the broken item for a certain period of time. We can either credit your account for the damaged/broken item or we would be happy to send you a replacement.
