No. Your card number should be entered in as a continuous string of numbers. Why are you not accepting my credit card?
There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its limit or a credit card computer, (either on our end or your bank’s end) may have encountered a machine error. If you do have problems, you can contact (Customer Service). Please provide them any error messages you have received. What happens when something I have ordered is out of stock?
Though we do our very best to only show items that are currently available, your order and the final shipment are subject to inventory and merchandise availability at the time of shipment. Due to the fast inventory turn-around nature of the industry, some of the displayed items on the site may be out of stock. We will notify you, usually within 24 hours, of any item that is out of stock. Partial orders will be shipped, unless you notify us otherwise. Can you special order?
Yes, we will gladly attempt to get the item you want. We can also notify you when the item becomes available again, if you request so. Can you gift wrap my order?
Yes, we can gift wrap most items that we sell. If you order is going to a different recipient than yourself and you would like your item gift wrapped please specify in the "Comments" section of your order that you would like your order gift wrapped and any message you would like to include.
